From the multi-plex to the couch, I love movies! These are my thoughts on old movies, new movies, film, film events and the wonderful people who make them!!
There is a drama and formula to sports films, especially boxing. Southpaw is no different, but there are a few creative licenses exercised. Camera angles and plot points give this story a little edge and a lot of heart. The comeback story is an old one, but one I enjoy quite a bit.
