The Last Station tells the story of Leo Tolstoy at the end of his life. A passionate, interesting, talented man. Though Helen Mirren and Christopher Plummer have collected Oscar nominations for their performances as Tolstoy and the Countess, James McAvoy turns in a strong performance as well. An interesting story, well told.
