Though, I've seen the ...I never read the books. Though, I've seen the movies. I would say the first 2 had more action, they were very entertaining. And, the last one is more talking (less action) but does bring the trilogy all together. After I watched the first movie, I was a bit shocked at the violence and intensity. But, I did get intrigued by the series. It would be interesting to go back and read the books after seeing the movies and compare them.
